AISense — Subscription Terms

1. The Service AISense is a web-based AI literacy toolkit provided by The Ideas Bunker Pty Ltd (ABN 59 163 751 693), Brisbane, Australia. It gives subscribers access to a set of plain-English tools powered by Anthropic's Claude AI.

2. Subscription Subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian dollars. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The founding member rate of $9.90/month is locked in for the life of your subscription provided it remains active and uninterrupted.

3. Cancellation You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Refunds We offer refunds at our discretion within 7 days of your first payment if you are genuinely unsatisfied. After 7 days, all payments are final. To request a refund contact us at tim@theideasbunker.com

5. Fair Use Your subscription includes the  number of queries attached to the subscription level each month: STARTER  - 30 queries, PRO 100 queries and POWER unlimited querie . Queries reset on the 1st of each month. Unused queries do not roll over. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing signs of automated or abusive use.

6. The Service is a Guide, Not Advice AISense uses AI to analyse content. Results are a guide only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Always apply your own judgement before acting on any output.

7. Privacy Your queries are sent directly to Anthropic's API and are not stored or logged by The Ideas Bunker. We collect your name and email address for billing and account management purposes only. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full privacy details are available at theideasbunker.com.

8. Changes to the Service We may add, modify, or remove tools from AISense at any time. We will not reduce the core functionality available to active subscribers without reasonable notice.

9. Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, The Ideas Bunker Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month in which any issue arose.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
